Angel Roldan – Technical Assistant / Brexit specialist
Degree in Veterinary Science. 15 years´ experience as a Veterinary Inspector Director at the Border (point of entry to the EU of POAs located in the UK pre and post Brexit).
10 years experience as an official veterinarian, inspector and auditor of meat premises in the UK. Supply of official veterinary services for the UK government for over 10 years. Food Import/Export consultancy work worldwide. Expert in food legislation changes post-Brexit.

Kelly Maldonado – Technical Assistant / Brexit specialist

Leila Burin – Technical Assistant / Food Safety
PhD in Chemistry and PhD in Biology Science. Over 20 years´ experience as food certification auditor IFS, BRC, ISO 22 000, FSSC 22000, GMA SAFE y and 2nd party auditor: Unilever, Pepsi, Starbucks, Woolworths, McDonald´s.
Technical Manager in Quality Assurance roles. Development of HACCP and Pre-requisite Plans; training: HACCP Alliance Lead Instructor.
Training expert: Multiple courses in food safety & GFSI related subjects: HACCP, Internal Auditing, Food Defence, Traceability etc.
Milagros Igual – Technical Assistant / Packaging
Degree in Chemistry. Experience of over 25 years – GFSI certification audits (GFSI – food packaging) and Corporate Social Responsibility audits world wide.
Awarded SOFHT (Society of Food Hygiene & Technology), Auditor/Best Food Technologist, 2020.
Alicia Fernandez de Mingo – Technical Assistant / Food Safety
Degree in Veterinary Science. Food Safety Consultant and experience of over 15 years as GFSI certification auditor: BRCGS, IFS (Food, Broker, Logistics), FSSC 22.000 and HACCP. Experience also as Technical Manager & Quality Responsible in the food industry; as well as Director of MsC Course in Food Safety.
